Description: If true(1), then send back equalizer coefficients to the CMs to help them offset upstream channel noise.
What is cadIfUpChannelPreEqEnable?
Enables or disables pre-equalization on this upstream channel; when enabled, the CMTS sends equalizer coefficient data back to cable modems so they can pre-compensate for upstream channel impairments before transmitting.
