Description: Maximum percentage of upstream resources that may be used by non-emergency telephony services. This is also the maximum amount of resources non-exclusively allocated to sessions of this type. The default set from the globals in CadPcMibBase.
What is cadIfUpChannelPCNormAllowedUsage?
Sets the maximum percentage of upstream channel bandwidth that non-emergency (normal) telephony voice calls are permitted to consume. This cap ensures that voice traffic does not monopolize upstream resources to the exclusion of data traffic.
