Description:

Total number of gates that have been created since the last reboot of the system or since the last time that this counter was manually reset.

What is cadPCTotalGateCount?

This OID counts the total number of active phone call gates (provisioned data paths) that have been created since the last system reboot. It tracks call session resources in a cable-based telephone system. An operator monitors this to ensure the system hasn't created excessive gates and to trigger a reboot if the counter grows abnormally.
