What is cadPCMaxRedOverloadGateMsgs?
Sets the maximum number of PacketCable gate-control messages the CMTS will process per 10-second interval when the CPU is in a red (critical) overload state. This aggressive limit minimizes signaling overhead during the most severe load conditions.
