Description:
the max number of connections we will allow per 10 second interval when the system cpu is in a normal condition, i.e. no overload.
What is cadPCMaxOverloadDSaCalls?
Sets the maximum number of Dynamic Service Add (DSa) call connections the CMTS will accept per 10-second interval when the CPU is operating under normal (non-overloaded) conditions. This throttle protects the system from being overwhelmed by a burst of simultaneous call setup requests.
