Description: the max number of connections we will allow per 10 second interval when the system cpu is in a normal condition, i.e. no overload.
What is cadPCMaxOverloadCalls?
Sets the maximum total number of PacketCable call connections (across all call types) the CMTS will accept per 10-second interval when the CPU is in a normal, non-overloaded state. This provides a global admission-control ceiling during healthy operation.
