What is cadPCInterfaceAdmCtlAllowedUsage?
Sets the per-interface maximum percentage of resources that PacketCable sessions at a specific priority level may use, limiting non-exclusive allocations on that interface. This per-interface control allows fine-grained bandwidth management across different DOCSIS upstream or downstream channels.
