Description:
the max number of connections we will allow per 10 second interval when the system cpu is in a red overload condition.
What is cadPCCblMacMaxRedOverloadDSaCalls?
Limits the maximum number of new PacketCable DSA connections permitted per 10-second interval when the CMTS CPU is in a red (severe) overload state. Setting a lower value than the yellow threshold protects the system from collapse during critical CPU congestion.
