What is scopeIndex?
This read-only integer (0-255) is the index column of the RBS User Scope table, uniquely identifying each user's scope profile row. An admin or management tool uses it to correlate the rbsChassis, rbsBlade1-14, and rbsSwitch1-4 access flags that belong to the same scope entry.
