A value of 0.0.0.0 will be present if Route Reflection is not enabled.
What is jnxBgpM2CfgClusterId?
This JnxBgpM2Identifier is the configured Cluster ID. Example: setting it to 2.2.2.2 assigns that ID to the reflector cluster.
