Description: The number of avRtpQoSTrap sent so far.
What is avRtpTxQoSTraps?
A running count of how many avRtpQoSTrap notifications the device has sent since it last restarted or the counter wrapped. An admin can use it to gauge trap volume, e.g. to size trap-collector capacity or check the rate limiter's effect.
