What is avRtpThresholdRxCodecLoss?
Sets the codec-level packet-loss threshold, i.e. loss measured at the codec decoder rather than on the network, checked once per statistical interval (about 6-12 seconds). Crossing it repeatedly is what feeds into the avRtpThresholdRxCodecLossEv trap counter.
