What is avRtpThresholdCodecRtt?
Sets the codec round-trip-time threshold, an estimate of overall RTT including internal processing delays, evaluated each time an RTCP message is received (typically every 6-12 seconds). It is used to flag calls whose voice-path delay is getting too high.
