What is avRtpLookupStartTime?

The start time of the RTP session identified by this row of the lookup table, which is indexed by remote address type, remote address, session state, and session ID specifically to let a management station find a session's ID from those values. It mirrors avRtpSessionStartTime from the main session table for the same session.
