Description: The tunnel connection ID is a unique value assigned to each instance of a tunnel. It is used to associate the tunnel up, tunnel alive, and tunnel down traps together. When a tunnel goes down and is then re-established it will be assigned a new tunnel connection ID.

Carries a unique identifier assigned to each tunnel instance, allowing tunnel-up, tunnel-alive, and tunnel-down traps to be correlated; a new ID is assigned each time the tunnel is re-established.
