Description: Used to indicate what type of problem is happening with the device's status. profileNotFound means that a profile for the device was not found on an AT&T Administration Server in any region. discontinuingTheDevice means that the device has gone too long without having a valid profile in any region. bandwNoResults means that a bandwidth test failed and no previous bandwidth test results have been found, which results in the device being marked as discontinued until a bandwidth test works.

What is ngevQueryProblem?

This is used in trap notifications to indicate why the device may be operating in a degraded or discontinued state.
