Description:
If partial cell fill is used, the number of user octets per cell must be set with this parameter. Setting this parameter to zero disables partial cell fill, and causes all cells to be completely filled before they are sent.
What is atmfCESPartialFill?
Sets the number of user payload octets placed into each ATM cell when partial cell fill is enabled, allowing cells to be sent before they are fully packed. Setting this to zero disables partial fill so that every cell is completely filled before transmission.
