Description:

The trap will be generated when all configured OCSR accounting servers have resumed communication after any or all have previously timed out.

What is apSysMgmtOCSRDownClearTrap?

This SNMP trap (notification) is generated when all previously unreachable OCSR (Online Charging Service Router) accounting servers have successfully resumed communication. An operations team uses this notification to confirm that a critical accounting infrastructure failure has been resolved. The trap indicates that the system has recovered from an outage and can resume normal billing and accounting operations.
