Module: APSYSMGMT-MIB
OID (symbolic): APSYSMGMT-MIB::apSysMgmtNTPClockSkewTrap
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.2.6.0.43

The trap will be generated if NTP has to adjust the clock by more than 1000 seconds.
What is apSysMgmtNTPClockSkewTrap?
Sends an alert when NTP adjusts the system clock by more than 1000 seconds. This indicates a serious time synchronization problem. An operations team receives this to investigate clock source failures or extreme network latency.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' APSYSMGMT-MIB::apSysMgmtNTPClockSkewTrap snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.2.6.0.43
Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public
