What is apSigRealmStatsMinutesReject?
This counter accumulates the number of call rejections that occur because the monthly-minutes usage quota for a signaling realm has been exceeded. A telecommunications operator or carrier would track this to monitor subscriber access patterns and enforce billing constraints on call duration. This metric helps identify if calling plan limits are being hit frequently.
