What is apCombinedStatsMaxBurstRate?

This OID records the highest data rate (in traffic units per second) briefly achieved in both directions combined during a measurement period. It captures momentary peaks in bandwidth usage. Network operators track this to identify traffic spikes and determine if access points are hitting their limits.
