Description:
Automatic Protection Switching (APS) is supported on 7x50 systems by the APS-MIB and TIMETRA-APS-MIB.
What is tmnxSonetApsHoldTime?
Sets the hold time that must elapse without receiving an APS advertisement before the neighbor is considered unreachable and a protection switch is triggered. A longer hold time reduces false switchovers but increases failover latency.
