Automatic Protection Switching (APS) is supported on 7x50 systems by the APS-MIB and TIMETRA-APS-MIB.
What is tmnxSonetApsAuthKey?
Configures the authentication key used to secure APS protocol messages exchanged between APS neighbors on this SONET port. Both ends of the APS pair must use the same key for the APS session to establish successfully.
