What is tmnxPortNetIngressDroOutProfPkts?
Counts the number of out-of-profile (exceeding) packets received on the network ingress side of this port that were dropped by the queue. These packets exceeded their committed rate and were discarded rather than forwarded, which is normal behavior under congestion.
