What is tmnxBundleRedDiffDelayAction?
Specifies the action taken when the differential delay on a circuit in the multilink bundle exceeds the red threshold set in tmnxBundleRedDiffDelay, such as dropping the offending link or bringing the bundle down. For IMA group bundles, only the 'down' action is supported.
