tmnxChassisAdminLastSetTimer

Module: ALCATEL-IND1-TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB

OID (symbolic): ALCATEL-IND1-TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxChassisAdminLastSetTimer

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.2.8.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TimeInterval

Access: read-only

Description: The time remaining until the agent re-initializes the administrative tables.

If tmnxChassisAdminControlApply is not set to commit(3) within tmnxChassisAdminLastSetTimeout centiseconds, the agent will set it to initialize(2) and all uncommitted changes will be lost.

This way, uncommitted changes from failed (uncompleted) change sets will eventually be removed, and another transaction can safely begin.

this object is reset to tmnxChassisAdminLastSetTimeout after SNMP SET operation to any of the tmnxChassisAdminValue tables.

What is tmnxChassisAdminLastSetTimer?

Reports the remaining time (in centiseconds) before the agent automatically re-initializes the chassis administrative tables and discards any uncommitted changes. This countdown timer acts as a safeguard to prevent stale, uncommitted configurations from persisting indefinitely.
