What is alaQoSConfigUserportShutdown?
This OID configures which protocol events (such as spoofing, BPDU, BGP, OSPF, RIP, VRRP, DHCP server, PIM, and others) will automatically trigger an administrative shutdown of a Userport. Each bit corresponds to a protocol, and setting it means detection of that event on the port causes the port to be brought down for security.
