Description: Indicates whether the peer has preserved the forwarding state during the graceful restart. This value is defined only for a peer that has advertised graceful restart capability. For peers that are not capable of graceful restart, this value will be notPreserved.
What is alaBgpPeerRestartFwdState?
This read-only enum reports whether the peer preserved forwarding state during graceful restart. Engineers check it to understand how cleanly the peer recovered. Preserved(2) means traffic kept flowing during restart.
