What is alaBgpPeerLastSentNotifyReason?
This read-only enum reports the last BGP error code sent to this peer (header error, open error, update error, etc.). Engineers check it to diagnose why the last notification was sent. Example: openBadAs(5) means the peer's AS was misconfigured.
