What is alaBgpPeerLastDownReason?
This read-only enum reports the reason the last BGP session with this peer terminated (user request, timeout, bad message, etc.). Engineers check it to diagnose why peering failed. Example: connectionTimeout(2) means the session was lost due to TCP timeout.
