What is alaBgpNumPolicyChgPaths?
This Counter32 counts routes currently rejected by policy but held in memory for dynamic policy changes. Engineers use it to monitor routes that might become active if policies change. Example: 50 policy-rejected routes are candidates if inbound policy is modified.
