Description: The minutes component of delta (difference) between the local time and the Universal Coordinated Time.
What is bsnSystemTimezoneDeltaMinutes?
Stores the minutes portion of the UTC offset for timezones that differ from UTC by a non-whole-hour amount, such as Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30). It works together with bsnSystemTimezoneDelta to form the complete timezone offset.
