A value 65536 implies that this rule aplpies to 'Any' Destination port. This value can be set only if the protocol is set to TCP or UDP. Otherwise the value is set to Any(65536)

Defines the upper end of the destination port range for an ACL rule, paired with bsnAclRuleStartDestinationPort to specify a port range for matching. A value of 65536 indicates the rule matches any destination port.
