What is adTSUIQTOD?

This OID stores the current time of day on the device in hours and minutes format (hh:mm), and can be set remotely via SNMP. Network administrators synchronize device clocks using this OID when NTP is unavailable or as a backup time source for consistent logging and troubleshooting. For example, setting this to '14:30' configures the device to show 2:30 PM as the current time.
