This read-only gauge records the shortest round-trip time (in milliseconds) for any diagnostic frame during the loopback test. Network engineers use this value as a baseline to understand the circuit's normal latency when lightly loaded. A minimum delay of 50 milliseconds shows the circuit can achieve that latency under optimal conditions.
