What is adVqmCfgSipEnable?
This is a read-only setting showing whether VQM is configured to detect RTP (voice) traffic using SIP signaling protocol inspection. SIP is the signaling method for VoIP calls. When enabled, the system watches SIP messages to learn about active voice streams.
