What is adVqmCfgJitterBufferThresholdLateMs?
This is a read-only timing threshold for detecting packets that arrive too late to be useful. Packets exceeding this threshold are discarded because they would cause excessive delay. A threshold of 300 ms means packets arriving after 300 ms of expected time are dropped.
