What is adVqmCallHistResyncCount?
This counter tracks jitter buffer resynchronizations due to DTX (silence), VAD (voice activity detection), or silence suppression. Resyncs are normal during variable traffic. Frequent resyncs over 10 indicate aggressive DTX/VAD settings.
