Description: The number of stop bits for the console port.
What is adConsoleStopBits?
This OID sets the number of stop bits that mark the end of each transmitted character (1 or 2 bits). Engineers configure this to match their terminal's requirements, as 1 stop bit is the modern standard and 2 bits is rarely needed except with very old equipment. Setting this to 1 provides sufficient timing margin for normal operation, while 2 bits is used only when the other device requires extra time between characters.
