Description: Rate Adaptation Ratio. The ratio (in %) that should be taken into account for the bearer channel #2 when performing rate adaptation on Upstream. The ratio refers to the available data rate in excess of the Minimum Data Rate, summed over all bearer channels. Also, the 100 - adsl2LConfTempChan2RaRatioUs is the ratio of excess data rate to be assigned to all other bearer channels on Upstream direction. The sum of rate adaptation ratios over all bearers on the same direction shall be equal to 100%.

What is adsl2LConfTempChan2RaRatioUs?

This OID stores a percentage (0-100) that controls channel 2's share of extra upstream bandwidth. Engineers use this to balance upstream speed allocation across channels based on their needs. For example, setting this to 25 means channel 2 gets 25% of the extra upstream speed available.
