If the upstream noise margin is above this value and stays above it for more than the time specified by the adsl2LConfProfRaUsTimeUs, the ATU-C shall attempt to increase the upstream net data rate. The Upstream Up-Shift Noise Margin ranges from 0 to 310 units of 0.1 dB (physical values are 0 to 31 dB).
What is adsl2LConfProfRaUsNrmUs?
This OID stores a noise margin threshold for upstream speed increases, measured in 0.1 dB units (range 0-310, or 0-31 dB physical). When upstream noise margin stays above this value, the modem increases the upstream data rate.
