What is adsl2LConfProfL0Time?

This OID stores the minimum time in seconds (0 to 255) that must elapse between exiting the L2 (low-power) state and re-entering it again. You configure this to prevent the modem from rapidly toggling between full power and sleep, which could destabilize the connection. A value of 30 seconds means after the modem wakes up, it must stay fully active for at least 30 seconds before it is allowed to sleep again.
