OID (symbolic): ADSL-LINE-EXT-MIB::adslLineTransAtucCap

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.94.3.1.17.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: AdslTransmissionModeType

Access: read-only

Description:

The transmission modes, represented by a bitmask that the ATU-C is capable of supporting. The modes available are limited by the design of the equipment.

What is adslLineTransAtucCap?

This read-only bitmask shows all the transmission modes the central office modem hardware is physically capable of running, such as ADSL, ADSL2, or ADSL2+. Network engineers check this value to understand the technical ceiling of what modes can be configured on a line. A value of 0x07 (binary 0111) means the modem supports modes 1, 2, and 3 based on the equipment design.
