What is adslAturPerfStatUasL?
This OID counts the total cumulative seconds of downtime since the SNMP agent last restarted, used for lifetime SLA calculations and warranty claims (Counter32, 0 to 4,294,967,295). This metric survives daily resets and shows the overall reliability of the line over its operational life. A value of 3600 total seconds (1 hour of downtime) since agent restart represents the true uptime against service guarantees.
