For the current 15-minute interval, adslAturPerfCurr15MinUasL reports the current number of seconds during which there have been available seconds-line.

What is adslAturPerfCurr15MinUasL?

This OID counts seconds when the ADSL line was completely unavailable during the current 15-minute interval on the far-end receiver side (0 to 900 seconds). Checking far-end unavailability helps determine if outages originate from the near-end or far-end equipment. A value of 30 seconds means the far-end has lost the signal for 30 of the last 900 seconds, indicating a line synchronization problem.
