What is adslAtucPerfStatUasL?

This counter tracks the cumulative number of unavailable seconds (UAS) when the ADSL line was completely down or unable to carry traffic since the modem was last reset. Network engineers use this to calculate availability percentages and determine if a line meets SLA requirements. A UAS count of 300 means the line has been completely unavailable for 5 minutes total since it was last rebooted.
