What is adslAtucPerfStatFailedFastR?

This counter tracks how many fast retrain attempts have failed and resulted in a complete line down/up cycle since the modem was last reset. Failed fast retrains indicate serious line quality problems that force a full re-initialization instead of just a quick resync. A count of 5 means the line has completely dropped and had to re-establish 5 times after failed retrain attempts.
