What is adslAtucPerfCurr1DayUasL?

This OID tracks the total seconds the ADSL line was completely unavailable during the current calendar day (0 to 86,400 seconds). Network engineers use this for daily SLA reporting and to detect if downtime is meeting contractual targets. A value of 60 seconds means the line was down for 1 minute during the current day, which counts against uptime guarantees.
