What is adnRtsagtHeartBeatTime?
This OID specifies the time interval in milliseconds or seconds at which the device sends periodic heartbeat messages to the remote peer. An engineer configures this to balance between detecting link failures quickly and reducing unnecessary network overhead. A value of 5000 might mean the device sends a heartbeat every 5 seconds to confirm the link is still active.
