Description: This field hold the sequesnce number of the last received valid Next-Hop message. It is used for handling duplicate received messages. This field is intialized to 0xff.
What is adnRdssNextHopLastSequenceNum?
This read-only INTEGER holds the sequence number of the most recently received valid Next-Hop routing message, initialized to 0xff (255) and used to prevent processing duplicate messages. Network engineers monitor this value to confirm that next-hop updates are arriving and to detect message replay attacks or lost communications. If this number remains at 255 and never changes, it indicates no valid next-hop messages have been received since startup.
